D&A Services, LLC is currently seeking Call Center Debt Collection Specialists to join our team in Des Plaines/Rosemont, IL. Located near O’Hare airport and accessible on public transportation. We are hiring full-time experienced call center agents looking for a challenging and exciting opportunity to learn compliant collection techniques and earn uncapped monthly bonus! No Debt Collection Experience necessary!

Job Responsibilities:

Make high volume of outbound and take high volume of inbound customer calls
Manage account as assigned
Effectively solve customer issues and inquiries, including disputes and effectively negotiating payment arrangements on outstanding balances
Perform account maintenance on computer system of record and accurately document all activity
Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws governing the debt collection industry
Display a courteous and professional manner when communicating the details of the account and the plan to resolve the debt
Assist consumers with setting payment arrangements while adhering to the FDCPA and internal policies and procedures
Maintain a professional work demeanor and environment at all time

Training Program: All new employees will undergo an orientation and intensive training program, including company culture, benefit plans, policies and procedures, collection/customer experience/negotiation techniques, industry compliance, the collections software system, and client requirements.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience – minimum 1 year in a call center role such as customer service, collections, survey, cold call sales, or similar experience required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Paid training starts at $12.50/hr. with evaluation for hourly increase after 90 days based on performance.
Uncapped bonus structure in addition to base pay
Benefits package available after 60 days of employment: Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP.

Paid time off benefits after 90 days of employment
