Now hiring full-time qualified & compliant retail/bankcard collection agents who can make an immediate impact! No Debt Collection experience necessary!

Job Responsibilities:

Make high volume of outbound and take high volume of inbound customer calls
Effectively solve customer issues and inquiries, including disputes and effectively negotiating payment arrangements on outstanding balances
Manage accounts as assigned
Perform account maintenance on computer system of record and accurately document all activity
Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws governing the debt collection industry
Display a courteous and professional manner when communicating the details of the account and the plan to resolve the debt
Assist consumers with setting payment arrangements while adhering to the FDCPA and internal policies and procedures
Maintain a professional work demeanor and environment at all time
Training Program:

All new employees will undergo an orientation and training program, including company culture, benefit plans, policies and procedures, collection techniques, industry compliance, the collections software system, and client requirements.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Relevant Work Experience – minimum 1 year call center role such as customer service, collections, survey, cold call sales, or similar experience required
Skills and Abilities:

Must be proficient in operating telephone and computer based systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented and a team-player
Must be highly motivated, reliable and goal driven
Must exhibit professionalism at all times
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay commensurate with experience
Benefits package available after 60 days of employment: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, FSA/HAS, Legal support, Short Term Disability
Paid time benefit after 90 days of employment
401K available for qualifying employees
Uncapped bonus structure in addition to base pay
